How to order:

Please use the shopping cart to place your order.  We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.  Simply select the “continue” link under “Don’t have a PayPay account?”.  We also accept cash on local pick-up or delivery orders.  Please select whether you prefer local pick-up/delivery or shipping when prompted by the cart.

Shipping Information:

We ship orders anywhere within the contiguous United States.  For dry goods, standard UPS shipping (3-5 day) is calculated by the cart.  For live items, the cart can not calculate shipping automatically as prices depend on multiple variables including weather conditions.  For orders containing live items, request a shipping quote through the cart and we will send you a follow-up invoice by e-mail containing shipping costs and a link for secure payment through PayPal.  Note, we cannot legally ship beetles outside of PA.

We can ship frogs when the temperatures between PA and the shipping destination are forecast to be >50°F and <80°F for 24 hr.  All frogs orders are shipped overnight via UPS or FedEx.  Standard overnight shipping rates range from $9.50 - $95 depending on where you live in the US.  Most locations in E. PA, MD, DE, NJ, CT and S. NY can ship overnight by UPS ground for just $9.50.

We can ship insects when the temperatures between PA and the shipping destination are forecast to be >32°F throughout the shipping period.  Insects can be shipped by UPS ground if conditions permit.  Otherwise, overnight shipping charges will apply.  Note, we cannot ship beetles outside of PA.

We guarantee your satisfaction with all orders and live arrival of frogs/insects.  In the event products arrive damaged or unhealthy, please photo-document the problem within 24 hrs of receipt and notify us by email.  We will gladly send you a replacement or full refund.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
